SDTC Solutions Ltd, trading as PQC Ready, is the controller. We use website request and security information to operate and protect the service, and the details you submit to respond to enquiries. Our registered office is Suite 2/3, 2nd Floor, 48 West George Street, Glasgow G2 1BP, United Kingdom.

Prepared Quick Scan answers and results stay in your browser for up to 30 days unless you choose to save them to an account. Online Quinn assistance sends the text and relevant context you submit to our server and AI provider. Account details, saved scans and requested reports are processed to provide those services.

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, security, email and optional AI assistance. These include Vercel, Supabase, OpenAI, Upstash, Resend, Cloudflare, Web3Forms and Google Fonts; some processing takes place outside the UK. We do not sell your personal data.

Account information is generally kept for the life of the account, contact enquiries for 12 months, and security logs for up to 90 days. Some legal and security records may be retained after deletion. You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, and withdraw any optional consent. You can also complain to the ICO.

Our account service is based on contract; website security and enquiries rely on legitimate interests. Optional marketing consent is separate.
