Before you register or use Quick Scan
SDTC Solutions Ltd, trading as PQC Ready, is the controller. We use website request and security information to operate and protect the service, and the details you submit to respond to enquiries. Our registered office is Suite 2/3, 2nd Floor, 48 West George Street, Glasgow G2 1BP, United Kingdom.
Prepared Quick Scan answers and results stay in your browser for up to 30 days unless you choose to save them to an account. Online Quinn assistance sends the text and relevant context you submit to our server and AI provider. Account details, saved scans and requested reports are processed to provide those services.
We use service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, security, email and optional AI assistance. These include Vercel, Supabase, OpenAI, Upstash, Resend, Cloudflare, Web3Forms and Google Fonts; some processing takes place outside the UK. We do not sell your personal data.
Account information is generally kept for the life of the account, contact enquiries for 12 months, and security logs for up to 90 days. Some legal and security records may be retained after deletion. You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, and withdraw any optional consent. You can also complain to the ICO.
Our account service is based on contract; website security and enquiries rely on legitimate interests. Optional marketing consent is separate. This summary does not require you to accept the Privacy Policy. For privacy questions before registering, use the contact form or write to our registered office.
Optional sign-in with another service
Supplement published 16 September 2026. Where a button is available, you can create or enter your PQC Ready account using Google, Apple, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Facebook or GitHub. Email and password registration remains available.
For this option, our authentication service, Supabase, receives your provider account identifier, email address and available basic profile information, such as your name and profile picture. We use this information to create or identify your account, sign you in, and support and secure your account. Your saved scans, reports and site activity remain associated with your PQC Ready account, as described in this policy and our activity notice. Authorised staff can see your sign-in method in account support records.
We do not receive your Google, Apple, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Facebook or GitHub password. We do not request access to your inbox, contacts, social posts, repositories or files. Quick Scan answers are not included in the sign-in request to those providers.
The provider you choose receives the sign-in request and browser connection information, and knows that you are signing in to PQC Ready. Its own terms and privacy policy govern its processing, which may take place internationally: Google, Apple, Microsoft, LinkedInMeta / Facebook and GitHub.
Eligible identities with the same verified email address can share one PQC Ready account. Different addresses, including Apple's private relay addresses, may create separate accounts. Account retention, deletion and privacy enquiries follow the policy above. Deleting a PQC Ready account does not delete your account with the sign-in provider; you can also revoke the connection in that provider's settings. Account deletion currently requires a PQC Ready password; if you registered using a provider, use password recovery to set one first.
During sign-in we store the page to return to in this tab's session storage, and remove it after a successful return. Your existing browser scan draft is kept for the normal save-to-account flow. This supplement does not change your recorded Terms acceptance.
Contact-form delivery
Supplement published 12 October 2026. The website contact form now uses Resend to forward your name, email address, optional organisation and message to the PQC Ready team. Your email address is included so we can reply to your enquiry. Resend replaces Web3Forms for the current production contact form.
Our team receives these enquiries in a Google-hosted Gmail inbox. Resend and Google may process email information internationally, including in the United States. See Google's privacy information. The purposes, retention period and your rights described in this policy continue to apply.
